1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Multidot Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Multidot Studio provides:

• Graphic design services (branding, identity, print design)
• Web design and digital services
• Presentation design
• Professional printing services (posters, brochures, apparel, merchandise)
• Combined design and print packages

3. Quote and Order Process

3.1 Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on:

• Final specifications and requirements
• File quality and print-readiness
• Quantity adjustments
• Material or finish changes

3.2 Order Acceptance

An order is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3.3 File Requirements

You are responsible for providing print-ready files that meet our specifications. We will conduct a quality check, but the final responsibility for file accuracy rests with you.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit/debit card through our secure payment processor (Stripe). All payments are processed in GBP (£).

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Design Services: 50% deposit required to commence work, balance due upon completion
• Printing Services: Full payment required before production begins
• Combined Packages: Payment terms agreed on a project basis

4.3 Late Payments

Overdue invoices may incur late payment fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Design Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final approved designs. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 Client-Provided Materials

You warrant that you have the legal right to use all materials (images, text, logos) provided to us and that their use does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5.3 Stock Assets

Any stock images, fonts, or assets used in your project may require separate licensing. We will inform you of any such requirements.

6. Revisions and Approvals

6.1 Design Revisions

Our design packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

6.2 Print Approvals

You must approve final print proofs before production. Once approved, we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were present in the approved files.

6.3 Color Accuracy

We strive for color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to screen calibration differences and printing processes. We recommend physical proofs for color-critical projects.

7. Delivery and Turnaround

7.1 Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• File issues or revision requests
• Supplier or courier delays
• Force majeure events

7.2 Delivery

All printing services are fulfilled and delivered within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Print Quality Issues

If you receive defective or damaged products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8.2 Design Services

Due to the bespoke nature of design work, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable.

8.3 Customer Error

We cannot offer refunds for errors present in client-approved files or changes requested after production has begun.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
• We are not liable for third-party services (couriers, suppliers)

10. Confidentiality

We will treat your project information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to fulfill our services or as required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all work completed to date
• We will deliver all completed work
• Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
